2am: dessertbar by Janice Wong brings an à la carte dessert experience into the BTWN world. Marking the acclaimed Singaporean pastry chef and artist’s first dedicated venture in Australia, the menu moves between 2am signatures and seasonal creations shaped by modern pastry, chocolate craft and savoury-sweet play.
The wine list follows the same local-first thinking, spanning NSW producers, rare pours and considered pairings with recognition from 2025 NSW Sommelier’s Wine List of the Year and awarded Two Goblets by Australia’s Wine List of the Year.
