    From Thursday 12 March, BTWN unveils its new autumn menu, bringing premium Australian produce, chilled seafood towers and caviar-topped bar snacks to the table. Designed for vibrant, shared dining overlooking Darling Harbour at W Sydney, the menu highlights exceptional ingredients including renowned NSW producer Margra Lamb and wild-caught seafood sourced across Australia.

    Step into a world where art meets dessert. The new 2am: dessertbar menu at BTWN is a feast for the senses, featuring exclusive creations by Janice Wong that blend Singaporean flair with locally sourced Australian ingredients.
     
    From the bold Chilli Chocolate to the refreshing Green Garden, every dish is handcrafted and paired with thoughtfully curated cocktails or non-alcoholic sips.
