Embracing its dynamic location 'between' sweeping expressways, this hotel restaurant in Sydney evolves and transforms as the day unfolds to an ever-changing backdrop of Sydney's Darling Harbour. The dining experience moves ‘between' spaces and experiences, as you share in dishes that reflect the season and the region, with a menu celebrating locally sourced ingredients from ‘between the borders' in NSW.

    This Mother's Day, enjoy a long lunch of food, florals and fragrance as Poppy Galloway brings her sculptural style to BTWN. Create a dessert‑inspired bouquet, then settle in for a shared set menu finishing with a Janice Wong dessert. The full 90‑minute experience with welcome drink is $145 per person. Lunch‑only is $99, with shared snacks, seasonal mains and a Janice Wong dessert.
