THE BTWN CHRISTMAS TABLE

Forget ordinary roasts, celebrate Christmas BTWN-style high above the buzz of Darling Harbour.

Start with Champagne before moving through BTWN's pods. First stop, the Cold/Raw Pod, where the best of Australian seafood is shucked, sliced, and served fresh in an immersive spread.

Take your seat for iconic mains of steak and turkey, paired with seasonal sides. Then wrap things up at the Dessert Pod with a finale that flips tradition on its head.

How we're serving Christmas:

  • 12:30PM, 12:45PM or 1PM start
  • Adults & 12+ | $365pp | Champagne on arrival + 2.5 hours of wine, craft beer & more.
  • Kids 4 - 12 | $165pp |  2.5 hours of festive fun with a non-alcoholic package.
  • Kids under 3 eat free.

NEW YEAR'S EVE AT BTWN

Bold flavours. Big energy. Fireworks front and centre.

BTWN brings you a culinary celebration with four courses of bold flavours, poured Champagne, and an electric atmosphere. Top it off with a front-row seat to Darling Harbour's fireworks and you've got the perfect send-off to 2025.

The Details:

  • 6PM - 7:30PM | $225pp with a welcome glass of Veuve Clicquot
  • From 8PM | $250pp for prime seats to the 9PM fireworks
  • The Upgrade| $240pp for 90 minutes of free-flowing Veuve Clicquot

Chef’s Beef Wellington done right each Wednesday - Mushroom and Madeira Duxelles, Tender Fillet, and ‘Proper’ Mash.
  • 180g Grainge Black Beef Tenderloin MB2+, Mushroom and Madeira Duxelles, "Proper" Mash, Parsnip Puree, Pan Jus.

BITE NIGHT - FROM $6

Bite Night is BTWN’s Thursday night ritual, Spanish-inspired bites made with premium Australian produce, inspired by Chef Mathew Bentley’s recent trip through Spain.

 

Think Yellowfin tuna belly or Ventresca - a prized cut known for its delicate texture and clean, rich flavour. The menu is built for grazing, and every dish is a nod to tradition, reimagined with a distinct BTWN edge.

SUNDAY ROAST

SUNDAY ROAST - $58PP

A winter season staple, serving classic, hearty flavours every Sunday. Level up your end-of-week with a roast worth dressing up for. Choose from:
  • Rolled herb-stuffed Bangalow pork belly with apple sauce
  • Roasted Meredith milk-fed lamb with mint sauce
  • Or a golden roasted cauliflower with hummus, raisins, Agro Dolce & pine nuts

All served with proper mash, spiced red cabbage, roasting jus and unlimited Yorkshire puddings.

$58 Includes your choice of roast and a glass of wine or beer
