As the evening unfolds, BTWN’s dessert bar comes to life as a new and refined dessert experience in Sydney. A unique collaboration between W Sydney and acclaimed Singaporean dessert guru, Janice Wong, 2am: dessertbar pushes the boundaries between sweet and savoury with exceptionally crafted desserts, paired with hand-crafted cocktails.

Singaporean born and raised; Janice Wong is driven by the pursuit of “the perfection in the imperfection” with her first foray in Australia presenting experiential dessert, chocolate, and pastry-making inspired by local produce and plant based ingredients.
